EXPLANATION

Preparation Phase A minimum of two and a maximum of four people sit around the wooden playground. Each player chooses a color for themselves and 20 beads of that color are given to them. Starting the Game Who will start the game first is determined by the roll of dice. One dice is thrown by all players in turns and the highest roll starts the game. The game proceeds clockwise. Game Rules - The player with their turn to play throws 3 dice at the same time. - By using the numbers on the dice (each number must be used once), the player obtains the number value of one of the empty numbered areas on the playing field by performing the desired action (+, -, /, x) and places the bead there. - The turn goes clockwise to the next player. - No moves; The player who thinks they cannot get any open number on the playing field with the numbers on the dice leaves the move to the next player with the "No Move" command. If one of the other players has caught a correct move with those numbers, they announce it by saying "I have a move" right after the "No move" command, explains the transactions, and if the move is correct, places their bead into the open number zone. The game continues in the normal game order. - Bluffing; Bluffing is free in this game. During the routine flow of the game, players do not have to explain how they calculate that number when they place beads on empty number zones. Therefore, it is the responsibility of each player to make sure the bead they placed in the open score zone does its operations correctly. During the game, any of the players have the "Challenge" right that a placement is not correct. After the challenge, the player who placed the bead has to explain how they calculated the numerical value for that area. If it is observed the calculation made in the face of this challenge is not correct, the bluffing or miscalculating player will withdraw the bead and an extra bead from the field. If the calculation is correct, the player making the move requests that one of the beads on the playing field pointed by the challenger is withdrawn. For the challenge to be valid, the next player must not have rolled the dice yet. - Triple; The player who coincides with the same number on all three dice during the game (eg 4, 4, 4 etc.) asks the other players to withdraw one of their beads on the playing field and make their move after these withdrawals are completed. End of Game Rak's ends if any of the 3 different situations listed below occur. 1- When the 36 number zones on the playing field are filled 2- If any of the players places 20 beads in the scoring zones 3- All players throw the same number of dice consecutively (e.g. Player A 2, 2, 2 / Player B 4, 4 4 / C player 5, 5, 5 etc.) the game is over. Scoring After the game is over, the beads placed by each player on the game are counted and each bead is evaluated with 1 point. Thus, the base point of each player is calculated primarily. Bonus points are then calculated as stated below. Bonus points are added to the base points, resulting in game points for each player. The player with the highest score wins the Rak. Bonus Calculation Method For each consecutive binary bead array; 2 Points For each consecutive triple bead array; 5 Points For each consecutive quadruple bead string; 7 Points For each consecutive bead of five or more beads; 10 points are calculated. (As a consecutive bead string, we mean the beads that are lined up one after the other, without the beads of other players.) Rak's is a fun game and a good educational material that supports analytical thinking and focuses on making moves and strategies that improve number and operation skills.
