Return Policy
You can return the product you have received within 7 working days from the date of delivery with your invoice issued by ABMGRUP Ltd.Sti. and a note attachment containing your reason of return. In order to start your return process, you must log in to usluoyunlaratolyesi.com, go to "My Orders" from the "My Account" section, click on the return tab on the right side of the product you have selected and fill the form that opens up.
Return Invoice transactions
You must send your return products with an attached note stating the reason for the return. The return package must include each copy of the invoice sent to you.
If the invoice of the product you want to return is corporate, you must send the product together with the return invoice issued by the entity. Order returns with an invoice issued in the name of your institutions will not be completed unless the return invoice is produced.
General Terms for Return
Returns must be made in a resalable state together with the original box or packaging.
Returns of products whose original box/package is damaged (eg: cargo label affixed on the original box and taped with cargo parcel tape) and lost their resalable features and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.
Along with the product you want to return, you must send a petition containing the original invoice (all copies you have) and the reason for the return.
Regarding products that may have incompatibility problems, you should definitely order technical support for compatibility during product selection.
Shipping costs of all products you want to return shall be covered by our company. For this, you must order a delivery from Aras Kargo, our contracted cargo company, by indicating the cargo company that the product is a return. Otherwise, shipping fee belongs to the sender.
Return Terms for Special Products
Under the exception the product is faulty or defective, products posing health hazards after opening (e.g., products requiring direct contact with the body, disposable products etc.) can only be returned under the condition if product packaging is in tact, unspoiled and the product is not used.
Return Transactions
The received product is initially reviewed by us and sent to the product's authorized service or to the supplier for testing if necessary. This process is completed within 7 working days at latest. If it complies with the above conditions, the return process is initiated.
When the return process is approved and you purchased the product using a "Credit Card", the refund fee will be defined as card limit to your credit card account. If you have made your payment in installments, card limit equivalent to the installment amount will be defined to your credit card account in a monthly basis. If you have made the payment for your shopping via "Wire Transfer/EFT", your refund will be made to the account number that the wire transfer was made from. If you made your payment via PayPal, your payment will be transferred back to your PayPal account.
If your product has reached you in a damaged condition;
Please open and check your package next to the cargo attendant who brought your order to you. If your product is torn, bumped or broken, you must have the cargo officer prepare a damaged product report. Return this report, product(s) and invoices to the cargo officer together with a note explaining your problem. Your problem will be addressed once it reaches us and you will be contacted as soon as possible.
If the product you purchased is defective;
There are 3 alternatives for your new products that are defective upon package opening; These are repair, replacement or return. For this reason, you should send an informative mail to
[email protected] regarding the product you have sent back to us. When you inform us about the problems you are experiencing, your problems will be resolved as soon as possible. Regarding such cases, the shipping fee is covered by us when cargo shipments are made with our contracted company Aras Kargo, otherwise the cargo is returned to you without receival.
Processing duration of products received by us vary depending on the stocks of supplier company in case of replacement, depending on the report provided by the authorized service in case of return, and depending on the duration of repair by authorized service in case of repair.
The product you have purchased can be delivered to you with a different packaging than the one published on the site. In such a case, the essential information about the product is the same label and content information. Sales made with different packaging are not refundable.
